NEVERSUMMER'S HAVANA NOCTURNE This gorgeous female has amazing bright,soft, crispy fleece. We will be sad to let her go. Havana is a maternal sister to "International Supreme Champion", NeverSummer's Black Ice. (In the International Show System the "Supreme Champion" is comparable to AOBA's "Judges Choice"! When Dr. Julio Sumar judged Black Ice he called him "a perfect black alpaca". Black Ice was also a Futurity Color Champion. Their dam, NeverSummer's Monsoon, is a lovely CMSG Silver Charm daughter who was a champion winner herself. Havana's sire, Strider is the only known black herdsire to beat every color champion and some multiple color champions, with the exception of one white, at one of Canada's largest shows to receive the Supreme Reserve Championship! Offspring: Just as we'd hoped Havana's first cria, born in 2011, is a herdsire quality, jet black, .38 Special son! Boy is his fiber fine and silky. It was a super easy delivery and Havana had plenty of milk. She's a laid back girl but still attentive - A perfect balance. An excellent dam. Her second .38 Special son, was our 38'S FOUNDRY OF NEVERSUMMER, a gorgeous DB male born in 2012. 38's Foundry of NeverSummer is a multiple blue ribbon winner. Grey Feather has passed along brightness, fineness and density to each cria that has hit the ground so far!
