KATRINA OF COUNTRY ESTATES
Katrina's sire is Patagonia’s Darwin, our black herdsire who has incredible beautiful offspring. In addition to exceptional good looks, perfect bite, and charm, Darwin has a wonderful disposition that he passes on to his crias.
Darwin is out of one of the top producing Silver Grey Males in the country! Patagonia’s "Danko" has sired many top National Award Winning progeny; too numerous to list. Darwin has a compact body, great structure, bone, coverage, density, and a handsome correct headpiece. Darwin has produced color champions, reserve color champions, and lots of first place winners along with also having his own outstanding show record. In 2002, Darwin took 2nd place at the All American Futurity, Blue Ribbon at 2002 Alpacapalooza show, and a blue at the 2002 AOBA National Show.
Katrina's dam, Karlie, is an excellent mom, with plenty of milk. She has the prettiest rusty colored fleece, and has been in our foundation herd for several years.
Offspring:
In 2011, Katrina gave us ESTATES KAILANA, a lovely DB female sired by our Snowmass Nova's Galaxy. Galaxy is extremely dense with a good head and incredible bone. His young offspring were in the 2011 show ring. In the 2011 show season, Snowmass Nova's Galaxy's Paige placed second at The Futurity, and first place at GWAS, two very impressive shows!
In 2012, Katrina had ESTATES NOVA'S KANJI, a handsome bay black male also sired by Snowmass Nova's Galaxy. Galaxy's sire is none-other than Snowmass Nova out of Peruvian Casanova and Snowmass Drambule's Kaluha. Galaxy's first crias are on the ground this spring and they are wonderful!
