Estates Midnight Eclipse is a lovely, true black female sired by CD ALP Eclipse, who is known to have incredible, compact crias with good bone and wonderful conformation, not to mention nice fiber. His crias retain their fineness well into adulthood. CD ALP Eclipse is the sire of the legendary HVLA Black Jack, known throughout the industry for his superfine fleece.
Her dam is Aztec Abby. Abby's sire is Aztec Avalanche, which is out of Peruvian Hemingway and PPPeruvian Snowspirit 4729. Abby's dam is out of Pachacuti.

On 10/22/2014, Eclipse had a silver grey male cria, sired by Patagonia's Darwin. “Darwin” is out of one of the top producing silver grey males in the country! On 5/9/18, Eclipse gave us a pretty brown female sired by Morning Star’s Don Diego (at 62.8, he’s the third densest grey animal ever tested and at 8 years old, Diego’s AFD was 21.3; CF 95.7 and sheared 8+ lbs. as tested by Ian Watt).
