DELPHI'S CALLIOPE MOON
Calliope has glowing character, and superior fineness and density. Her conformation is impeachable, and she has a proud stance and typey head.
Her sire is the one and only, 5x Champion rose grey Avatar (Sire of 6 National Banner Winners)! Her dam, Hannah Moon, has won blue ribbons in both halter and fleece, as well as being an excellent mother with lots of milk. Calliope's Full Sister, rose grey Delphi's Lailah, was the 2012 Grey Female AOBA National Fleece Champion! Calliope is almost identical to Lailah with exception to color.
Calliope is a very strong and healthy young lady.
She is super soft and extremely dense with lots of crimp.

At her first show, the 2013 MOPACA Invitational Alpaca Show, Jude Anderson gave Calliope a 2nd Place ribbon (in a very competitive class at - beaten only by one of the highest valued girls on Irish Meadows Sales List!) Jude had many nice comments, noting especially her soft handle and uniformity.
Offspring:
On 4/25/15, Calliope presented us with a gorgeous medium brown female sired by our 3x Champion, NS Magic Flight. Estates Magic Moon's 11/2017 Histogram: AFD: 20.4; SD: 3.6; CV: 17.5; %>30: 1.3 shows just how lovely she is. With excellent dense coverage, her copper, soft, bright, good structure goes into the underbelly.
In 2017, Calliope gave birth to a handsome dark brown male.
On 6/12/22, Calliope gave us a beautiful bay black female out of 10x champion, Patagonia's Antonio.
