Heart and Souls mentioned, Mercedes got her name right away as from the day she was born she exhibited so much class, like a classic black Mercedes. She is phenotypically about as correct as you can get with a full fleece boxy head style and a compact and well proportionate frame. Her fleece has a high frequency crimp style and is very fine and uniform giving it a great hand.

Out of 2 Champion black parents we are not surprised that Mercedes is a special as she is. Her sire, 14X Champion, 4-Sight's Outa Sight was praised over and over for how uniform his fleece is. He was the 2024 Futurity Herdsire of the year (small breeder). Mercedes dam is Crushed Velvet, a champion in her own right. Heart & Soul purchased her, from Carol Howard and Lynn Edens, at the Parade of Champion sale to bred to Outa Sight.
