Congratulations and thank you to Carol Howard of Cinco C's Alpacas for her purchase of our gorgeous multi-champion, Sakima's Braxton! We can't wait to see his future offspring! ESTATES SAKIMA'S BRAXTON Both of Braxton's parents are exceptional multi-champions! His sire is Black 6x Black Champion, Patagonia Estates Sakima, a gorgeous jet-black male with fabulous dense bundling from head to tail. Genetics for Sakima include Snowmass Andean Midnight and Patagonia's Lennox! Braxton's dam is NeverSummer's Bertie Lou, a 2-time champion and multiple blue-ribbon winner. On top of that, Braxton's maternal grandsire is Aussie .38 Special, who really needs no introduction to anyone with even a passing interest in gray alpacas. He is a 17x Champion, 2x Judge's Choice, Herdsire of the Year; at the age of eight, he won the “Spirit of the Industry” recognizing the lasting quality of his fleece. We are tickled pink with Braxton's show string debut at the 2020 A-OK Alpaca Blast-Off! Judge Ken Hibbits awarded Braxton a Blue ribbon and the black Color Championship banner in the halter show. Braxton followed up that winning Black Reserve Champion and 2nd place for walking fleece at the 2020 A-OK Alpaca Blast-Off show *Color Champion and first place winner was 1/2 sister Estates Barcelona Beauty. BRAXTON IS A 2X CHAMPION IN TEXAS!!! He was awarded the Color Championship at the 2021 TXOLAN Bluebonnet Stakes and Reserve Championship at the 2021TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular shows! We are so excited to announce that Braxton has been awarded the Color Championship in the Black Male Invited Champions at the 2021 National Alpaca Show in Grand Island Nebraska! We are proud to announce that Sakima's Braxton is an invited champion for the 2022 AOA National Show!
