We cannot say enough how much we admire this male & how fortunate we were to count him among our most esteemed herdsires at ACE. He really does have it all! Everyone who touches Divine loves his density! One judge likened it to memory foam. This outstanding male has two traits with Top 5% EPDs, 3 in the Top 10%, 1 in the top 15%, & 1 in the top 25% for 2023. Divine Inspiration possesses incredible Snowmass genetics on both sides of his family tree! He is the son of Snowmass Divine Love, the Judge's Choice recipient at the 2013 Futurity, & the High-Selling Huacaya Alpaca at the 2017 Futurity Auction. At 7 years of age, he is still boasting an 18.4 micron! Divine Love has a VERY dense fleece that is exceptionally fine just like his sire. He has a solid conformation with great bone density & a great phenotype. Divine Inspiration's maternal grandsire is none other than 8X champion, Snowmass Matrix, winner of Reserve Herdsire of the Year for Light AND Color in 2008, as well as Color Herdsire of the Year & Light Reserve Herdsire of the Year again in 2009! His pedigree is filled with top herdsires such as Snowmass ConopaXX, Snowmass Infinity, Royal Fawn, Hemingway, Elite, Legacy, Accoyocusani, & more. Divine himself carries a gorgeous phenotype. His large male with a solid frame, gorgeous head, with extreme head & leg coverage, & a very macho appearance are very impressive. He has straight legs, great bone, & a correct bite. His fleece is just as impressive. A stated, his fleece is DENSE! It is also very bright. His secondary fibers are very fine with a few primary fibers & very consistent micron & color. His handle once inside his fiber is Divine. He has great staples with some micro bundling as well. His fleece at 5.5 years of age, still displays these traits. The crimp style is very consistent across the blanket. It's a high frequency, highly aligned crimp. Feeling the fleece, the crimp stands out as little ridges that you can feel. All those Snowmass genetics lined up to create this suburb herdsire. Divine Inspiration wowed us by receiving 9 banners & 3 Judge’s Choice awards as a five year old! The judges consistently commented on his extreme density, fineness for his age, strong & correct frame, great head, & the style his fleece was maintaining.
