Gibraltar’s Sweetheart is also named after her dam, Satin Sweetheart, a beautiful true black champion female sired by Estates Satin Cloud. Satin Cloud is an outstanding 8x Champion true black herdsire residing in Europe, making these genetics very limited. Satin Sweetheart is also a 1/2 sister to 26x Champion, Estates Stradivarius and our champion herdsire Estates Satin Sebastian. Satin Sweetheart has a pedigree loaded with black genetics, including Snowmass Satin Reserve XX, Nisho, The Reverend Mr. Black, and Premier’s Adriana.
Gibraltar’s Sweetheart really does have all the traits lined up! Her fleece displays amazing fineness and uniformity. Micro staples and zippered high-frequency crimp are very appealing along with great brightness and long staple. The handle is sublime. Sweetheart showed with cria tips in Spring of 2024, but we are excited to show her off for the beauty that she is this fall. It’s hard to part with such a beautiful female.
