Charlemagne is beautiful from conformation to fleece. To start, she has an adorable face, absolutely covered in fleece and fuzzy ears. Charlemagne’s sweet personality and calm demeanor match her face. Her top line is straight and her proportions correct. She has good bone, excellent coverage, and great capacity. Her bite is spot on. She is a roan with a shades of silver moving down her neck. The handle on her fleece is exquisite with a silky, well-nourished feel. She has incredible density, great staple length, and a heavy fiber weight for her size and age. She is really packing on the fleece. Within that bright fleece there are tiny bundles of very fine fibers. The fleece has a high-frequency crimp style and great organization that stays the same across her blanket. She is really something special.

Her dam, Sweet Charlemagne has fantastic genetics as well and is a great mother and easy birther. Sweet Charlemagne is a larger sized female with good bone, soft handling fleece, and good uniformity. Her sire is Andean's Pegasus of Country Estates, whose genetics include PPeruvian Caligula, 4Peruvian Andean Gold, Snowmass Andean Bronze, and Snowmass Andean Midnight.
Sweet Charlemagne's maternal grandsire is Patagonia’s Ernesto, a magnificent Judge's Choice, 7x Champion and 5x Get of Sire award winning light brown male. Her maternal line also includes the legendary herdsires Patagonia's Lennox and Nishio. She has had multiple black cria and we are very impressed with her daughter, Passionate Charlemagne.
