G&R is a well-grown female with good conformation. She is covered with a lovely, and bright, silver fleece which has a long staple and good character. G&R has an eye-catching presence which stands out. This is a very nice sizable female to add to your breeding program if you are looking for a good strong grey female with a dense gray fleece.

Her sire is Skyline’s Gunsmoke, an impressive Reserve Color Champion, Light Silver Grey male out of two champion grey alpacas. G&R's paternal grandsire is ATV Silver Elation, sire of many grey cria and he has multiple offspring with Championship ribbons. Gunsmoke was one of these, getting a Blue Ribbon at the CABA Classic in 2013 as well as a Reserve Color Championship at the 2012 Alpacapalooza as a juvenile. Gunsmoke has incredible staple length, brightness, crimp and density and to top it off his fifth fleece came in at 22.3 Microns. His dam is the beautiful Tiara’s Crystal, a 3X Reserve Color Champ in her Yearling year. (She is a Rincon Cloud daughter out of Diamond’s Tiara, another ribbon winning female.)

G&R's maternal grandsire is the Famous Snowmass Royal Promise. Other notable mentions on her maternal line include Snowmass Royal Bronze, Snowmass Andean Bronze, 4Peruvian Andean Gold 6019, Snowmass Nova, Snowmass Peruvian Casanova, Peruvian Bueno G173, and Peruvian Drambuie G220. So, you have here a rich heritage of elite color from the fawn of Drambuie and the black of Nova through to the rich browns and fawns of Andean Gold and Royal Bronze.
