PATAGONIA'S LA SOMBRA
La Sombra is the daughter of Nishio. In 2007 Nishio was awarded the All-American Reserve Herdsire of the Year, in 2004 the All-American Herdsire of the Year, and in 2005 was the AOBA Get-of-Sire winner.
Her dam, Patagonia's Queen won a Color Championship banner and 1st place at the 2003 AOBA National Alpaca Show and a blue ribbon at the 2003 MAPACA Jubilee show. Simone's maternal grandsire is Caballero Andante, an exceptional black male who passes his crimpy, dense fleece & strong black genetics on to his crias.
La Sombra is also the full sister to our 5x champion, Patagonia's Simone.

On 6/5/08, La Sombra gave birth to a beautiful dark brown female sired by Patagonia's Lennox.
On 6/14/09, La Sombra presented us with an outstanding true black female also sired by Patagonia's Lennox.
On 9/15/10, La Sombra had a dark brown male again sired by Patagonia's Lennox.
On 9/11/12, La Sombra gave us a lovely medium brown female also sired by Patagonia's Lennox.
On 10/17/13, La Sombra gave birth to a wonderful bay black female sired by Patagonia's El Vasco.
