THOR FARMS MORRIGAN BY INNSBRUCK
Morrigan has an impressive lineage! She is the daughter of Red Granites Innsbruck, a 9X Black Champion who also won the Judges Choice award at the 2018 CABA Classic. Her paternal grandsire is Snowmass MR Sizlin Rose, an exceptional twelve-time champion, including the 2012 AOBA National Alpaca Show Halter Color Champion & 2012 The Futurity Halter Color Champion. MR Sizlin Rose was also the 2016 Futurity Large Breeder Division, Herdsire of the year -- later won the 2017 Futurity Large Breeder Division, Reserve Herdsire of the year Dark-Colored Offspring. Her maternal granddame is Our Peruvian Fashionista, a 7X Champion MFI Peruvian Jericho daughter.

Her dam is Snow Diamond Brandilyn, winner of the Dark Female Color Championship at the 2016 California Classic. Morrigan's maternal grandsire is 8x champion, Accoyo America Jason, who won the AOBA Nationals championship in brown three years running (2005, 2006, 2007).

Morrigan recently brought home a blue ribbon from the 2023 TxOLAN Bluebonnet Stakes (out of a class of 9) Judge Helen Testa's comments: "The first-place winner is edging out the group in terms of that fineness. She's got a very fine fleece. The density is great for the relative fineness and when I get into the fiber, I'm working it down into the extremities and seeing the same expression of architecture. So just super, super softness to this fleece. The highest degree of fineness in the class, so congratulations to you. She's nice and level in her top length, squared off in her appearance, so congratulations on your first place." In 2022, Morrigan won first-place and Reserve Champion from the 2022 AOA National Show - Walking Fleece. She also received a Blue-Ribbon at the 2022 CABA Classic (**Ranch mate Majestic's Ellie was Reserve Champion).

Offspring:
On 5/22/24, Morrigan presented us with a handsome beige male sired by 15x Champion & 5x Judge's Choice winner, Crescent Moon's Paulinus.

On 6/14/25, Morrigan gave us a beautiful medium brown female sired by our 12x Black Champion, Alpaca Palace Zagato's Jay-Z.

Judge's comments: "This was a very good group all the way down to 6th place. It was very tough to judge because they were so even in quality across the whole group. Very, very beautiful in style and also very uniform in micron. If you look at my sleeve, the samples are very similar in micron, that's very positive to see and also conformationally strong, so well-done. She is very compact; I like the compactness of this alpaca. I like the head style. The proportions are very correct, so that's positive to see. She was quite fine, nice staple organization, definition and density."
4th Place, 2022 AOA National Show: Halter, Full Fleece Huacaya Dark Brown Female Juvenile (Class of 9) (Judge: Nick Harrington-Smith)
