ESTATES PASSION'S ROSE
This beautiful lady has it all with a powerhouse of rich genetics! Her fleece is extraordinarily fine, gloriously bright, and extremely dense. Judge Arturo Pena pointed out she has "good uniformity of micron across the blanket," is "dense and fine on a solid frame, with 4 teats" on his assessment. Look at that staple length, leg coverage, and crimp at her belly and legs!
Passion's Rose is the daughter of our amazing stud, Snowmass Pure Passion, a proven champion producer who has been recognized with numerous Get of Sire Blue ribbons. No matter who we breed to this out-of-the-world male, he is like a magician and creates a spectacular, darn close to "perfect" alpaca. Rose's paternal grandsire is Snowmass Matrix who passes on his genetics for high curvature and ultimate fineness. Matrix was the Reserve Herdsire of the Year for Light and Color in 2008, AND Color Herdsire of the Year and Light Reserve Herdsire of the Year again in 2009.
Passion's Rose's maternal grandsire is 4x champion and Judge’s Choice award winner - Snowmass Paso Robles, a proven Futurity and National Champion male who carries extreme density on a compact frame. Paso Robles’ offspring have won multiple awards, including 2019 AOA National Dark Supreme Champion!
For her first breeding, (with the suggestion from judge Arturo Pena), we have chosen the strong black genetics of Black 6x Champion, Patagonia Estates Sakima, our gorgeous jet-black male with fabulous dense bundling from head to tail. Genetics for Sakima include Snowmass Andean Midnight and Patagonia's Lennox. Sakima's progenies have won numerous awards on our show string, including BOTH Male & Female 2021 AOA National Invited Champion Banners; BOTH Male & Female Black Color Championship banners at the 2020 A-OK Blast-Off Halter show; Black Color Champion & Reserve Champion banners for the 2020 A-OK Blast-Off Walking Fleece Show! Sakima's progeny continued to shine in 2022, bringing home many championship banners and ribbons. (His son, Estates Zorro the Magnificent was a 5x Champion in 2022!)
We are disappointed we were unable to show this outstanding female but bet your bottom dollar that you will want to show her cria, due in September 2023. It should be stunning!
