With our outstanding new herdsires from Amber Autumn and upcoming junior herdsires, we made more room in herdsire row. Shinso is a fantastic Sakima son with velvety, dense fleece. With lots of Sakima offspring in our foundation herd, it was best to let him move to a new family. That does not indicate that Shinso was of less quality than what is desired in a herdsire. He is very fine, uniform in micron, plus has amazing density. Shinso has good bone, soft handle and an excellent bite!
Being out of our true black stud, Patagonia Estates Sakima and Estates Andean Krizia, Shinso has ACE’s top black genetics. Sakima is a 6x Banner winner and won the AOA Black Reserve Championship at close to five years of age. Genetics from Sakima include Snowmass Andean Midnight and Patagonia's Lennox, a magical combination for success! Sakima has produced champion after champion. 85% of his offspring are black or grey. He always passes on his outstanding fleece and phenotype, known for great fineness, handle, and uniformity. From his first cria we can see that Shinso is doing the same. Shinso’s dam, Estates Andean Krizia, is a beautiful true black foundation female at ACE. She produces beautiful true-black cria with very soft handling fleece. His maternal grandsire is Snowmass Andean Midnight, the stunning, compact, jet black, silky-soft male with an outstanding pedigree for fineness. Shinso also won second place at the 2022 TXOLAN Blue Bonnet Stakes (**The first-place winner went on to win Color Championship).
Shinso had his first cria at Alpaca Country Estates. She is stunning! True back with DENSE fleece, fantastic handle, organized crimp, perfect conformation, and bite.His first cria, Estates Satin Princess, is consigned to the 2023 Amber Autumn Auction. We picked some of our best and she is defiantly included in the top of that list.
Update: We are excited to announce that his daughter, Estates Satin Princess, just brought home a Color Championship banner at the 2025 Empire Alpaca Association Spring Show. She also won Color Champion at the 2024 MAPACA Mid-Atlantic Gala show!
