SNOWMASS AMBER GOLD Amber Gold's sire is none other than Snowmass Andean Bronze is a multi-champion son of 4Peruvian Andean Gold. Andean Bronze is an exceptional dark colored male whose fiber is like velvet. He is from Snowmass' vicuna type alpaca retaining fineness under 20 microns after reaching maturity. His one-year histogram reported an AFD of 17.7 with a SD of 4.4 and a CV of 24.9. At four years there was minimal change to an AFD of 20.5 with a SD of 4.0 and a CV of 19.6 demonstrating the low blowout rate this line possesses. Andean Bronze has once again demonstrated his ability to pass these attributes to his offspring in Snowmass Amber Gold and her brothers Snowmass Andean Midnight and Royal Bronze. Her maternal grandsire, Peruvian Bueno has been turning out award-winning cria since he was imported from Peru in 1993. Bueno's legacy is indisputable. Amber Rose comes from two champion parents. Her sire Valkyrie of PVA brought home a color championship from the 2010 Camelid Extravaganza and a reserve champion (out of 84 entries) at the 2010 GWAS show, in addition to multiple blue ribbons. Her dam, Snowmass Amber Gold is a 2x reserve champion and 4x blue ribbon winner.

Her paternal grandsire is The Elite Maximus, a Full Peruvian, multiple Get of Sire champion and champion winner who possess instant name recognition in the Alpaca Industry. The list of his offspring's accomplishments is considerable. The Elite Maximus' offspring have earned a Supreme Champion, 30+ Color Champion and Reserve Color Champion banners, 4 Judges' Choice Awards, multiple Best Bred and Owned awards and two IAO Best Head awards.
