Congratulations and thank you to Dr. Kitt Hollister, of Howling Hill Farm, for her purchase of NeverSummer's Rusted Ruthie! Ruthie's dam was our rock solid female "Louisa". At 15 years of age Louisa still bred, carried, birthed and nursed with the greatest of ease. We feel that these qualities are very undervalued in our industry. Ruthie's sire is NeverSummer's Spellbound, a super dense, typey, deep maroon Silver Charm son. Spellbound was a SWRAS Color Champion and a 2nd Place Futurity winner. His fleece had a lovely, soft handle and everyone who put their hands on him would comment on it. When Ruthie's dam, Louisa, was bred to .38 she produced Abigail, a lovely female with an absolutely luscious, soft-handling fleece. Abigail received several blue ribbons and 3 championships at shows. Not bad for a 15-year-old dam! Offspring: Ruthie bred just one time to .38 as a maiden to produce her first offspring, NEVERSUMMER'S WOODROW in 2011. Woodrow's 9-month histogram was 14.2, 2.5, 17.7, 0.2% !! On 8/22/12, Ruthie gave birth to NEVERSUMMER'S AMERICAN GRAFFITI, a stunning US Steel son. Graffiti won a blue ribbon for fleece at the MOPACA Invitational Alpaca Show in 2016. On 9/17/2013, Ruthie had ESTATES RAZZLE DAZZLE, a good looking dark rose grey male cria sired by Neversummer's US Steel. On 9/17/2014, Ruthie had ESTATES SPELLBOUND, a handsome light rose grey male cria sired by Neversummer's US Steel.
