Scorpion King displays a compact, well-balanced frame, broad chest, correct bite and attractive conformation. His medium brown fleece offers a wonderfully soft handle, good staple length and lovely crimp. These qualities complement his impressive pedigree as he prepares to make his show-ring debut at the 2026 California Classic and Gold Country Gathering.
His sire, Snowmass Pure Passion, is one of Alpaca Country Estates' most influential champion-producing herdsires. A direct son of Snowmass Matrix, Pure Passion has earned nine Get of Sire blue ribbons, including 1st Place at the 2026 AOA National Show, and maintained Top 5% EPD rankings through 2024. His remarkable offspring include 4x Judge's Choice, 22x Champion Estates XXXtreme Legacy Passion and 3x Judge's Choice, 14x Champion Estates Passionate Fever. Another outstanding son, Estates Pure Passion Rose Legacy XXX, earned Futurity Judge's Choice and the 2021 AOA National Dark Supreme Championship. Scorpion King's dam, Crescent Moon's Ainsley, brings an equally compelling record of champion production. Her 2024 EPDs placed one trait in the Top 10% and four in the Top 15%. Ainsley is a daughter of 5x Champion and Judge's Choice winner Crescent Moon's Buster, an accomplished herdsire with a record of producing champions. Her dam, Amber Autumn Aviannce, is a Color Champion and multiple blue-ribbon winner. The maternal pedigree also includes 8x Champion Accoyo America Jason, who captured the AOBA National Brown Championship three consecutive years, adding distinguished brown genetics to Scorpion King's family.
