Estates Jay-Z Silver Rose Sky is a striking light rose grey female combining exceptionally fine, bright fleece, sound conformation & championship-winning black and grey genetics. A daughter of 12x Black Color Champion Alpaca Palace Zagato's Jay-Z, she offers tremendous potential as a future foundation dam for breeders pursuing quality grey alpacas.
Silver Rose Sky's exceptionally fine, bright fleece is among her most appealing qualities. Her blanket displays beautiful micron consistency, while attractive coverage extends down her legs. A broad chest, balanced frame & perfect bite complement her fleece quality. Her wonderful temperament makes her a pleasure to work with. She is scheduled to make her show-ring debut at the 2026 California Classic & Gold Country Shows!
Her sire, Alpaca Palace Zagato's Jay-Z, earned 12x Black Color Champion honors, including multiple championships at the competitive Buckeye Alpaca Show. He is a son of 19x Champion Sunset Hills Zagato, the 2019 Futurity Dark Huacaya Herdsire of the Year, bringing a distinguished line of dark championship genetics into Silver Rose Sky's pedigree.
Jay-Z has also proven his ability to produce champions, including 6x Champion 426 HEMI Jay-Z's Hellcat & 426 HEMI Velocity By Jay-Z, a 2024 AOA National Color Champion. His dark-color production at Alpaca Country Estates is particularly compelling: nearly 75% of his ACE-produced crias have been black or grey. This demonstrated success adds valuable depth to Silver Rose Sky's potential in a grey breeding program.
Her dam, Andina's Seattle Grey Sky, is a proven medium rose grey female by 7x Champion Crescent Moon's Simtustus. Although Simtustus is medium fawn, both of his parents are grey, contributing additional grey ancestry to Silver Rose Sky's maternal pedigree. Seattle Grey Sky has produced dark silver grey & medium silver grey offspring, demonstrating her ability to pass grey coloring to the next generation.
The pairing of Jay-Z's proven dark-color production with Seattle Grey Sky's grey offspring record gives Silver Rose Sky a particularly interesting genetic background. Her light rose grey coloring combines paternal black championship lines with multiple generations of grey influence on her dam's side.
Beyond her pedigree, Silver Rose Sky offers the individual qualities that make a young female appealing to breeders: exceptional fineness, beautiful brightness, a consistent blanket, extensive leg coverage & correct conformation. Her pleasant temperament is another welcome quality in a female being developed for a breeding program.
With her exceptionally fine fleece, attractive light rose grey color, sound structure & proven championship-producing ancestry, Estates Jay-Z Silver Rose Sky is an exciting prospect for breeders seeking to develop fine-fleeced, high-quality grey offspring.
