Estates Sakura's ParadisegardenXX is a beautiful true black female combining bright, dense, uniform fleece with outstanding black & grey genetics. Her attractive head, straight legs, broad chest & perfect bite complement her striking fleece. Bred to medium silver grey Estates The Silver Blues in July 2026, she has her first cria anticipated in June 2027!
Paradisegarden's sire, dark silver grey AspenAlpacas Earl Grey, is a proven champion producer by multi-champions Applewoods Phantom & Silver Rose Elegance. His offspring include 10x Champion Estates Danish Silver Mermaid, 6x Champion Estates Earlgreys Silver Sanddollar & 3x Color Champion AspenAlpacas The Duke. Over 80% of Earl Grey's ACE-produced crias have been black or grey, an impressive record for breeders pursuing these colors.
Her dam, true black Estates Sakura, is a daughter of medium silver grey Estates Silver Boreas, whose pedigree includes Chief Grey Feather & Neversummer's US Steel. Boreas has produced 38 crias at ACE: 23 grey, 10 black, 4 brown & 1 white. That means approximately 61% are grey & 87% are black or grey! This documented color production adds another compelling dimension to Paradisegarden's dark & grey ancestry.
Paradisegarden's maternal granddam, Estates Takami, earned 2 championships & multiple blue ribbons. Through Takami, Paradisegarden inherits the influence of Snowmass Andean Midnight, sire of 26x Champion Estates Stradivarius and Judge's Choice & Color Champion Estates Andean Daisann. Together, these paternal & maternal lines bring proven champions and significant dark-color production into her pedigree.
For her maiden breeding, Paradisegarden was paired with Estates The Silver Blues, a medium silver grey herdsire who earned 1st Place in both Halter & Walking Fleece at the 2024 Houston Livestock Show. He also ranked in the Top 15% for three EPD traits & has already produced grey offspring. His sire, multiple blue-ribbon winner Rockstar's Steely Dan, is by Neversummer's US Steel, the 3x Futurity Herdsire of the Year, and descends from 17x Champion, 2x Judge's Choice Aussie .38 Special.
The Silver Blues' maternal ancestry includes 22x Champion Snowmass Mr Sizlin Rose, the 2016 Huacaya Herdsire of the Year. This pairing combines Paradisegarden's demonstrated black & grey-producing family lines with a grey herdsire offering show-ring success, favorable EPDs & proven grey offspring.
With her brilliant, dense true black fleece, uniformity, sound conformation & rich championship ancestry, Estates Sakura's ParadisegardenXX offers an exciting foundation prospect. Her anticipated June 2027 cria by The Silver Blues adds immediate appeal for breeders seeking quality black & grey genetics.
