ESTATES GOLDEN CHARM XX

Congratulations and thank you to AOA Alpaca judge, Nick Harrington-Smith for his purchase of Groom. Estates Groom of the Wedding will be going to Alpaca Evolution in the United Kingdom. Introducing Estates Groom of the Wedding, a premier junior herdsire whose remarkable show record and elite lineage make him a standout choice for any discerning breeder. A true powerhouse on our 2025 show string, Groom has already secured seven championships, most recently dominating the 2025 Houston Livestock Show as the Color Champion in Walking Fleece and Reserve Champion in Halter. His consistent performance across the country—earning top honors under a diverse panel of esteemed judges—testifies to his exceptional quality, correct conformation, and presence in the ring. Whether you are looking to elevate your herd through a world-class breeding or seeking a blue-ribbon addition to your own show team, Groom represents the pinnacle of modern Huacaya excellence. Groom’s superior phenotype is no accident; he is the product of a "who’s who" of alpaca royalty. He is sired by the renowned Amber Autumn Hot Chocolate, a large-boned, fine-fleeced male who boasted five traits in the Top 10% EPDs in 2023. Hot Chocolate’s pedigree includes the legendary 9x Champion and 5-time Judge’s Choice winner, CCNF Legionnaire, and the Champion dam Amber Autumn Holly Ho. This legacy of excellence ensures that Groom carries the genetic depth required to pass on density, fineness, and structural integrity to the next generation. The maternal line is equally impressive, anchored by Groom’s dam, Estates Wedding Tapistry, a 5x Champion and Judge’s Choice winner known for her luscious, consistent, and incredibly dense fiber. His maternal grandsire is the magnificent Patagonia’s El Galan, a 4x Champion white herdsire celebrated for his soft handle and "buttery" fleece. Furthermore, his granddam is the 4x Champion Patagonia’s White Rose, daughter of the famed Nishio. With such a concentrated history of championship wins and elite fleece characteristics on both sides of his pedigree, Estates Groom of the Wedding is uniquely positioned to become a cornerstone of your breeding program. Notable Achievements: 7x Champion & Reserve Champion (Including Houston, Illinois, and California Classic) Color Champion: 2025 Houston Livestock Show (Walking Fleece) Color Champion: 2025 Illinois Alpaca Show (Halter) 1st Place: 2025 Futurity (Halter, Yearling Male) Multiple Reserve Championships under judges such as Jude Anderson, Stephanie Glyptis, and Wade Gease. We are excited to announce that Estates Groom of the Wedding has joined our herdsire row and is actively breeding. Watch for his crias in 2027!
