ESTATES PICASSO'S ST KITT

Unlock the potential of your herd with the extraordinary Estates Legendary Picasso, a light fawn 9x Champion whose genetic prowess is reshaping the alpaca industry. Senior AOA fleece judge Diana Timmerman lauded his "extreme density, superior fineness, beautiful length & brightness, and a well-built form," while Dr. Norm Evans' biopsy confirmed an astonishing true genetic density of 80.5 follicles SQ MM and an AFD of just 16.53 at 4.5 years old. This remarkable retention of fineness, coupled with a mere 20% medullation in secondary fibers, highlights a rare genetic consistency that is passing directly to his offspring. Picasso is sired by our Andean's Pegasus of Country Estates, bringing genetics from PPeruvian Caligula, 4Peruvian Andean Gold, Snowmass Andean Bronze, & his sire, Snowmass Andean Midnight, a stunning, compact, true black “silky soft” male with an outstanding pedigree for fineness. His ribbon-winning dam is the daughter of Patagonia's Ernesto, our magnificent Judge's Choice, 7x Champion with 5x Get of Sire awards. Lindeza also gifts Picasso with the legendary genetics of her grandsires - Patagonia's Lennox & Nishio. Picasso's offspring first hit our show ring in 2021 and the results are undeniable. The 15 Picasso progeny that had been shown through January 2026 have amassed a total of 160 banners/ribbons! (89% of which were 3rd place or higher) Their impressive accomplishments include: 3x-coveted Judge’s Choice Awards (including '23 Futurity), 2x-Best Bred & Owned, 15x-Color Championship banners, 12x-Reserve Championships, 58x-Blue Ribbons, 30x-second place ribbons, and 22x-third place ribbons! Please continue to watch for them on our show string! We are thrilled to announce that his son Estates Picasso’s Duke Malaga won Judge's Choice at 2023 FUTURITY & BOTH 2023 TxOlan shows! Judge Nasemann's comments: "A clear class winner. He's very correct, but the more exciting thing about him is the quality of fineness, the density & that amount of fiber. This male is packed in it! I was so impressed with that uniform micron, I took a second sample, & the belly is practically the same."
