PATAGONIA'S TORMENTA - SOLD

Congratulations to Buck Brook Alpacas and Donald & Kathleen Meckle for their purchase of Patagonia's Tormenta.

PATAGONIA'S TORMENTA
This stylish bay black female is soft to the touch, has a solid frame and is perfectly uniform in color. Her sire is the famous true black male, Patagonia’s Admiral, who has sired multiple champions from the famous colored herd of Alpacas de la Patagonia. Tormenta’s mother is a true black out of Patagonia’s El Vasco, an outstanding herdsire. This female represents an elite BLACK on BLACK breeding star.

AFD: 17.6 Tested completed by Fibre Lux July, 2015

Tormenta has been bred to the true black Snowmass Satin Reserve XX, an exquisite top of the line Snowmass herdsire who not only is a winner in his own right, but his progeny have taken several Color Championships and Reserve Championships. At TxOLAN in 2015 the offspring of Satin Reserve XX took the Black Color Champion (juvenile -- Estates Satin Cloud) and the Color Reserve Champion (two-year-old – Estates Satin Dutch Master co-owned with Bluebonnet Hills Alpacas). Satin Reserve's breedings have been closed and are not available for outside females so here is your chance to have retained fineness, density with long staple, very correct compact conformation, excellent bite, lovely, soft handle, uniformity of micron, and great substance of bone all together in a perfect dark package with a female that has matching attributes in this “two-for-one dream deal!”

Patagonia's Tormenta is being offered as Lot 55 of the 2015 Breeder's Edge Auction.
